RETURN POLICY

You always have 14 days of right of withdrawal when you buy BEOS products. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have broken the packaging or used the product.

contact customercare@beosbeauty.com state the order number & the e-mail address used for the order. It should clearly state who is the sender & that it concerns the right of withdrawal on the package.

COMPLAINT

Have you got a damaged product please contact customercare@beosbeauty.com & state clearly the product error, order number & in which store you purchased the product, we will contact you shortly with information on return & replacement product.

Claims for the product or its accessories are invalid at:

- Normal wear.

- Damage caused by accidents.

- Damage caused by abuse.

For approved complaints, BEOS AB will always be responsible for all shipping costs.

RETURNS

When returning it is you as a customer who must ensure that the product is returned in a way that makes it arrive without damage. Damaged product packaging cannot be approved since all products are hygiene products & cannot be repackaged in new packaging. We recommend that you send your return as a traceable shipment to us, then you can safely & safely see when we received the order.

An approved return takes approximately 14 days to refund. when buying with a gift card you get a gift card in return (not money).

Applies to the BEOS products:

BEOS AB leaves 3 years quality guarantee from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to normal use of the product. The warranty covers manufacturing & material defects on the moving parts that affect the product's functions. The warranty is void in case of normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents or misuse of the product or its accessories. Try to disassemble the product or its accessories to void the warranty.

In case of defects within the warranty period, you should contact BEOS AB via mail with clear information about what is wrong with the product. BEOS AB will at its own discretion replace the product free of charge. In order for the guarantee to apply, order number or receipt is required which can certify the purchase. Contact
